What is this seminar?
Our team has a conviction: The God and Father of Jesus Christ is a Ferocious Lover and a Fierce Fighter. He cares deeply about His people and the cities in which they reside.
The On Spiritual Combat seminar is designed to convey four (4) truths:
- The Heart of God the Father toward His children
- The New Heart He has given to His children
- His Heart for the City and His plan to save them
- The Heart of God the Warrior
The God of the Christian faith is a Warrior. Exodus 15:3 tells us: “The Lord is a Warrior…”
It is our firm belief that once we catch a glimpse of the heart God has toward us, and then see the kind of heart He has given us (under the terms of the New Covenant), we can become instruments of change in our communities.
Our cities are in grave danger. Perhaps it is true that we have never been as divided as we are now. Some division is healthy, while some is destructive. In Psalm 55:9-11, King David wrote…
Day and night they prowl about on its walls;
malice and abuse are within it.
Destructive forces are at work in the city;
threats and lies never leave its streets.”:
Did you catch that phrase – “destructive forces?”
Those destructive forces are the cause of much of the deterioration we see in our cities –
- terror
- abuse
- racism
- corruption
- parental neglect (often resulting in fatherless homes)
- violence
It is our belief that those of us who come to experience the reality of the Father’s Heart, will in turn reach out to our communities with the hope of the gospel. We will heed the words of 1 Chronicles 19:13 …
for our people and the cities of our God.”
For Christianity is a fighting religion. It thinks God has made the world- that space and time, heat and cold, and all the colors and tastes, and all the animals and vegetables, are things that God ‘made up out of His head’ as a man makes up a story. But it also thinks that a great many things have gone wrong with the world that God made and that God insists, and insists very loudly, on our putting them right again.”
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
This is a calling to all of those who care about their city, who are bothered by present circumstances: who, like Jesus, have wept over the city.
It is a seminar for the Sheepdogs; those individuals who despise senseless violence, abuse, and corruption: who lovingly choose to serve as protectors.
This is for those who simply aren’t sure how God feels about them; who wonders if they have any purpose for being on the earth.
These questions will be answered.
You will know exactly what you should do when you leave this seminar.
This seminar is not the same as our Sheepdog Seminar (often referred to as our church security seminar)

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?
HOW IS THE SEMINAR FUNDED?
1- As of now, we are going to charge only $20 per person to attend the seminar. This is much lower than most of Colonel Grossman’s seminars. But we really believe in our message and want you to hear it. (There will be other optional prices as well. For example, about $35 will secure admission as well as a copy of the book On Spiritual Combat. When registering, please look over the various prices and what they include. All books will be available at the seminar.)
2- All registration is done at our website. The host does not have to concern themselves with handling the funds received from attendees.
3- Since we have kept our price so low, we ask that all who attend register and pay the $20. Please remember: this is how we support our families. Thank you for understanding.
4- We welcome any donations given to this ministry. If a church wants to fund a group of police officers (or any first responders), we welcome such. Or, if a church or ministry – or individual – wants to fund the entirety of the seminar, we would also welcome that. This price would be negotiable. For details, call 817.437.9693. If the church wants to cover our expenses, we welcome that, also (plane tickets and lodging). If not, no problem.
WHAT DOES THE SCHEDULE LOOK LIKE?
WHAT DAY(S) OF THE WEEK DOES IT TAKE PLACE?
1- The first day of the seminar will begin in the evening at about 7:00. It will conclude about 9:15 (ish).
2– The second day of the seminar will begin at about 8:30 the next morning and go until about 4:30 p.m.
3- We can start on any evening the host chooses, and continue the next day
4- If need be, we can conduct the entire seminar in a one day format (8:00 a.m. – 5:00), and omit the evening portion (the contents of which will still be will be shared).
We ask that the host church (or ministry, etc), agree to provide the following:
- Transportation to and from the airport, as well as transportation to the church (or host site).
- Media Needs –
- Jimmy and Adam’s presentation is in Power Point format. Thus, we need to be able to plug our computer into a projector. We will need to be able to advance the sides (we have a remote control slide advancer).
- Colonel Grossman uses a camera document reader.
- Much like a computer, he will need to be able to plug this device into a projector and control it from the stage (Col. Grossman has his own camera document reader).
- Colonel Grossman will also need two (2) easels with the appropriate paper attached to the easels. See the picture below. Note: the easel is not an art easel: it must be the sturdy kind. The picture to the right is the paper that attaches to the easel.
- Colonel Grossman requests a cordless hand-held mic. Adam and Jimmy prefer a mic that can be worn (if possible).
- We also ask that you provide us with four (4) tables for our products (which we make available during breaks). Please place the tables near the front of the stage (or nearby).
- We will need WIFI access.
- Thank you for your understanding.
